PHOTOS: An Evening at Haas Family Golf with Jay, Jay Jr., & Bill
It was a night filled with stories, laughter and a few golf tips on Friday as Haas Family Golf hosted An Evening with Jay, Jay Jr., & Bill. The event kicked off grand opening weekend for Haas Family Golf with a full slate of activities set for Saturday.
Jay Haas, owner and PGA Tour record holder, addressed new USGA rule changes, reflected on some of his memorable career moments, and gave out a few pointers. Jay Jr., a member of the Haas Family Golf teaching staff, discussed different techniques popular today as well as those used by notable past golfers. Bill, current PGA Tour member, talked about life between the ropes and shared an unforgettable story about his first time playing with Tiger Woods. John Gerring also joined the panel to give his two cents the way only he can, which often drew laughs from the audience. The interactive session included dozens of questions from those in attendance.
